Regarding Lt. Prakash Doley death case several Mishing Community called for an indefinite roadblockade on all roads connecting Assam with Arunachal in June 2025.
Team AAPPTF visited victim family along with AAPTF East Siang District Unit & Mishing Community
Organizations & assured victim family to take the matter to the highest level, Meanwhile also
requested the Mishing Organization and family members to lift the indefi nite bandh call by them and
keep the brotherhood of Assam and Arunachal strong and friendly.

Shri Techi Freed, State Working President, AAPPTF appealing Mishing Organization and the familyto call off the indefinite bandh as it effects both relationship between states and also the Public Transport

death case of Lt. Telung Panyi in Nov’ 2020 for which the DC acted swiftly and ordered to

Today, 16th March 2026, the 2nd General Conference cum Election/Selection of the All A-Sector to Ganga Tempo Welfare Association (AASGTWA) Trade Union was successfully held at Nyedar Namlo, Itanagar. The programme was also conducted in affiliation with the All Arunachal Pradesh Public Transport Federation (AAPPTF) Trade Union.

Today, at the AAPPTF Head Office, an interaction programme was held with the newly elected team of the All A-Sector to Ganga Tempo Welfare Association (AASGTWA) led by Shri Gichick Tagia President at Papu Nallah, Naharlagun.
The meeting was very constructive and focused on strengthening coordination, unity, and the smooth functioning of the association under the guidance of the state office.

Today, on 21st March 2026 at Hotel Rising Sun, Bara pani (Naharlagun), I had the honour to attend the 7th General Conference of Tata Mobile Welfare Association Naharlagun (TMWAN) as the Chief Guest in my capacity as State President of All Arunachal Pradesh Public Transport Federation (AAPPTF) Trade Union.I was accompanied by our respected team members – State Working President Shri Techi Freed, & Secretary General Shri Kipa Saktar, Vice Presidents Shri Toko Tadap and Shri Dabo Loda, along with leaders from various transport unions and associations across the Capital Complex and Papum Pare district.
Despite the occasion of the Eid festival, around 70% of owners and drivers attended the conference. Many of our Muslim brothers and sisters could not join due to the festival, and we extend our warm Eid greetings to them.
On this important occasion, under the leadership of Shri Tarh Kaha, President TMWAN Cum Organising Chairman of the conference, I had the privilege to appoint 10 New Executive Members[NEM] to strengthen the organisation and work towards the welfare and unity of all transport workers.
